Upravo ta kontrola nad svakom fazom razlog je zašto naši proizvodi imaju dosledne mere, čiste navoje i stabilan kvalitet iz serije u seriju.The entire process, from receiving the raw material to shipping the finished fitting, takes place in our own plant and under constant supervision by a team of metallurgy and mechanical engineers. It is precisely this control over every stage that gives our products consistent dimensions, clean threads and stable quality from batch to batch.

Sopstvena kovačnica i mašinska obradaOwn forge and machining
Kujemo mesinganu šipku u otkovke i finalno ih obrađujemo na transfer i CNC mašinama. Sopstvene alatnice projektuju i održavaju alate po meri, dok elektro-mašinsko održavanje brine da linije rade bez zastoja.We forge brass bar into blanks and finish them on transfer and CNC machines. Our own tool rooms design and maintain custom tooling, while electro-mechanical maintenance keeps the lines running without downtime.
Zahvaljujući tome, u stanju smo da ispratimo i veće veleprodajne i izvozne porudžbine sa predvidivim rokovima, bez oslanjanja na treće strane u ključnim koracima proizvodnje.Thanks to this, we can handle larger wholesale and export orders with predictable lead times, without relying on third parties for the key steps of production.

KovanjeForging
Mesinganu šipku kujemo u otkovke precizne mase i dimenzija. Kovanjem se postiže gušća struktura materijala i veća čvrstoća gotovog dela.We forge the brass bar into blanks of precise mass and dimensions. Forging yields a denser material structure and greater strength of the finished part.
Mašinska obradaMachining
Otkovke obrađujemo na transfer i CNC mašinama do konačnog oblika, navoja i funkcije. Automatizovana obrada garantuje ponovljivost mera na velikim serijama.We machine the forgings on transfer and CNC machines to their final shape, thread and function. Automated machining guarantees repeatable dimensions across large batches.
Montaža i kontrolaAssembly & control
Sledi montaža, ispitivanje i detaljna kontrola kvaliteta po ISO standardima. Uz proizvode idu garancije i prateći sertifikati, a svaka serija ostaje sledljiva.Next comes assembly, testing and detailed quality control per ISO standards. Products come with warranties and accompanying certificates, and every batch remains traceable.
Magacioniranje i distribucijaWarehousing & distribution
Gotov fiting skladištimo organizovano i otpremamo sopstvenim transportom ili kurirskom službom. Uigrana logistika omogućava kratke i predvidive rokove isporuke.We store the finished fittings in an organized way and ship them by our own transport or courier service. A well-run logistics operation enables short and predictable delivery times.
